This will involve:
1. Fully organising their tailor-made travel arrangements.
2. Paying the full travel expenses of each musician plus insurance, vaccination and visa fees.
3. Providing information on travelling in India, in the form of an information pack. Furthermore, at the training weekend there will be a presentation from a travel specialist providing information on travel safety and health issues, and a presentation from an Indian representative to provide them with cultural tips and information.
WAM will also arrange suitable accommodation and living expenses will be covered by the host schools.
The arrangements will be overseen and supervised by our local representatives, who in most cases will be established agents of the Trinity College London examination board. We have also been offered the support of the British Council, wherever they have a presence.
All reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety and welfare of the musicians.
